The Drama curriculum at Queensmead offers students a wonderful opportunity to develop skills in performance, core foundational skills and knowledge in Drama, Oracy and teamwork. Students will experience a wide range of approaches to creating Drama for scripted pieces and devised performances from a stimulus in a variety of styles. We have a fully equipped Drama room with an ensuite Drama studio for students to perform in.
At Key Stage 3 (Years 7, 8 and 9) students will have 1 lesson a week of Drama across 1 term in the academic year.
